1. no, indian have lost, they have make our condition bad
2. To save their own houses FIIs have stated selling investments in indian stock market and so the confidence and trust is shaken of indian home investors and joined them in panic withdrawals and you seeing total crash.Obviousely they gained we lost sizeably.
3. FII have gained, no matter in the indian market or foreign. they started selling their investments long time back and due to vich sensex have fallen down and in turn v are loosing our hard earned money.
