how to transfer money from paypal to my Indian bank account?

I have a account in Syndicate bank and i wanted to know hoe to transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account i think my bank is not listed in paypal so what steps should i take next

1. Use the 'Withdrawal' option of your PayPal Account. If you have added any bank account with your PayPal Account, this is easy. If not, you may need to add a Bank Account on PayPal. But I will suggest you to get a 'PayPal Debit Card' to withdrawal money via ATM Network around India
2. I think you contact your Bank they will show some way
3. I believe Western money union would be a better option.
