Does Yahoo Finance have an escrow service?

I am buying a guitar from a person in the USA and they want me to pay using Yahoo Finance. I am supposed to send my money to an agent of Yahoo Finance who will then notify the seller that payment has been received. The seller is then supposed to send me the item. I have three days to approve the item. If I do Yahoo Finance sends the seller the money if I disapprove Yahoo Finance sends me back my money after proof I have returned the item. Does Yahoo Finance offer this service?
