How can we buy shares in india and other foreign market? I am from Nepal and want to trade shares online?

I want to buy shares from indian stock market as well as from USA, UK, Japan, China etc. How is this possible? Any experts here? Does Online share traders like Ameritrade, Scottrade or E-trade does this or do they just buy and sell for American citizens? Okay plesae let me know in detail how can I trade in india?? is online possible? How does sharekhan work? It asks for indian nationals.
