i am in india. I plan to make AIR ACTIVATED MEDICATED HEAT PATCH.Need details of machinery, finance,market etc

i am planning to start industrial production of air-activated heat patches for backpain, rheumatism etc. i need details regarding the materials used for heat generation, the machinery required for making such tapes and self adhesive patches. i would also neeed technical details for incorporating herbal medicine in the ahdesive patches. Am looking forward to market details, sales promotion etc. of the product in India. the expected expenditure as well as details regarding finance etc. needed. i dont know where i can get the machinery from. how many employees would be needed to start the product initially as a small scale business and later on launch the product on all India level. I plan to open the unit in Tamilnadu or Kerala. I read that some of the air activated heat patches are not really good. How can i make the product foolproof? What are the materials used for generating air-activated heat?Does the iron etc. cause skin irritation? Will i have market for the product if i market it

1. I hate to say this.... but you are going to have to do what every other 3rd world economy has done to copy and mass produce Western world technology..... You are going to have to procure this product on the open market, and reverse-engineer it......
