Hi! What are typical breakup of fixed+variable expenses for a running car dealership in India?

I'm looking at starting a car dealership and thus would like to make a P&L to see how much money can i make this this business in Delhi. Any help/advice is MOST welcome.

FIRST U TEL ME r u going to start fresh car dealership or used car dealership(like indian co. -like MARUTI & MAHINDRA USED CALL SALE UNIT) ANYWAY FIXED EXPENSES ARE- 1.to make show room expenses- interior of it. 2. servicing center expenses. 3.employees salary+eletricity+telephone+c.a.+insurence+ etc VARIEBLE EXPENSES- Sudden occured expenses- bribe & fine given to tax authority/electrical authority so many expenses which comes suddenly.
