I am looking for the way to take an order of software products and sell them in India.?

I live in Delhi,India. I have a team and I am the leader of it.We all of my team members are capable of C,C++,Java,PHP. Any other programming language are possible. We can make any programmes by them. But I don't know how to take a order of software product and to sell it.
