is it feasible for automobile service stations in india to service many car makes at the same place?

1. YES! why wouldnt it be? cars work on the same basic prinicpals regardless of the make. as long as you know what you are doing you can fix any make or model of car in the same facility.

3. I won't be rude to you like some people on here are. Most of the people in this country are nice, but as with any country one always has a handful that are mean. As for your question; A mechanic is a mechanic no matter where he works, and a good mechanic can repair any brand of vehicle as long as he can get the parts to do it with. If you think about it, most all vehicles work on the same principle. A lot of good mechanics won't work at a dealership because they can make better money working for their self's. So I would say "yes" it is very feasible for a service station to work on many different brands. Good Luck!!
4. Depends on what you need done. Modern cars use a lot of computerized components that require specific computer tools and software, which cost a lot of money. Many repair shops do not have that much money to buy the equipment and software for every model and manufacturer. Oil changes, suspension, and other common issues that are easily diagnosed and repaired can be done by any service center as they don't require specific knowledge of a model or manufacturer. Once you get into engine issues, you are best off going to someone who specializes in that manufacturer. Norm
