what is a powdered bronze?please recommend a company whose products r available in india to make me luk darker

i have a very pale fair skin.when i asked how to make my skin look darker using make up,i was recommended to use a powdered bronzer.from which company do i get that powder bronzer?please recommend a company whose products are available in india.here in india we have companies like revlon,lakme,avon,maybelline
