which one is a better career? Multi- national pharmaceutical company or leading indian bank,?

I am right now in pharma sales. have lot of flexibility in work times. I can take rest and work. But completing monthly targets involves putting money from our pocket. Leading Indian bank offering almost double the salary. There work is from 9AM to 9PM. No flexibility in timings. Need to work everyday and round the clock. Please suggest me shall I jump to Bank or continue pharma sales?

1. It would be very difficult to balance having a personal life and working for the bank. You'd be working very long hours so the pay may not be that great when you compute how many hours you'd be working. If I were you I'd stay with the pharma company or look for something in medical sales.
2. I would stick with the pharmaceutical company. People will always need medicines. The banking sounds promising, but the economy is a total disaster area right now. I would ask myself which one do you feel more passionate about? Consider it. Hope you do what is best for you.
