Can i refinance my indian education loan in the US?

when i came to the US for a masters degree, i obtained a student loan from an Indian bank. this was a loan secured against my family property. i havent started paying it off yet. i want to know if there is a way i can obtain a loan in the US that pays off the loan in India and frees my assets?

1. You want to make a loan in the US and you are going to have the collateral in India ............. NO bank in their right mind would agree to such a business deal.......... SO you are in the USA ...now get a job and pay the loan ............... and sell your assets and pay what you owe ....
