Pls explain whether I can withdraw money to indian bank a/c from paypal?

i have a paypal account.Is it possible to accept money from other countries to paypal indian account? Is it possible to withdraw the money in my paypal account to indian bank account? If i do so will i have any problems from income tax or so forth? Pls explain me

1. You can accept money to your Paypal A/c. You can withdraw money from your Paypal A/c. As long as that money you received is legal money there will not be any problem. If it is an income for you, then you have to show the same as your income in your income tax returns.
