How to book train ticket from www.irctc.co.in without holding Indian bank account?

I know you can book train ticket from www.irctc.co.in but unfortunatly they only accept indian credit card or indian banking account.As being an NRI somebody can not hold any indian account legally (if i am correct). Is there any way to book online except travel agent ?

1. Not really. They won't take a bank account number to deduct it from your checking account. So I guess you need to get a credit card for that.
