No one Indian Banks do not offer online purchase via Debit Card or ATM Cards.... .why?

But I can made online purchase via Credit cards. Also Indian banks do not give Credit cards for Students. So I am afraid of Indian Banks. As I am a Student, Is ther any possibilities to get a Credit card? or Is there any Indian Banks offer online purchase via Debit or ATM card....?

1. cause they know that there is so much of problem and they are so lethargic that they will not carry out the efforts for it
2. get a job than u will get a credit card surely
3. Not only students. Indian Banks have burnt their fingers sufficienctly on credit/debit cards. Once bitten, twice shy. Now they dont even give cards to police & advocates, because they never pay their dues in time, and other legal hassles created by them.
