3. The question as asked does not make any sense. Trade and development are completely unrelated, like a person's height and their body temperature. The fact that a certain country trades a lot (or not at all), does not tell you anything about its paved roads, infant mortality, availability of safe dringking water, or anything else that is commonly thought of as development indicators...
