How do I impress girls that I see for the FIRST time?

I meet lotsa females everyday and I do make attempts to go and talk my way to *glory* with them. Sometimes, I find myself kinda speechless at times with no topic at hand while conversing. I'm kinda new to the dating zone. But I wanna master the tricks of the trade real fast. C'mon, who doesn't like girls complementing them and stuff ! Abt me, well, I look very attractive and have an athletic build. I'm also rich (this category is kinda important, I've heard). So I fit into the bill quite well. I always get some *long* stares from the females, which I follow up by going and talking to them, starting off with "hey... sup" & stuff. How should the conversation be? Long or short? Revealing or Discreet? One more thing, I hail from India, where the girls are not as open as the girls elsewhere. A bit of extra probing is required. Some suggestions on this would be most welcome. I have read WikiHow. But they don't sound realistic to me. Please help me out with some tried & tested formulas !

1. Flowers will do the trick for sure. Taking the person out for dinner is also nice. Dinner and a dance after is also another good way of impressing someone.
