1. Trade has no barrier between Singapore and UK. Simply put if you enter the internet who need Free Trade Zone !
2. Importing goods from India, you still have to pay Duty & Vat. However you can (for certain goods) get GSP certificate issued in India and this may give a reduced rate of duty. Not guaranteed!! Dubai - Jebel Ali Free Zone at the port.
