I am going to Abu dhabi for job with 3500 dirham including accomodation. Whether its worth to stay there?

I searched all the yahoo answers and find the answer that "it depends on the individual" But my question is more specific. I wont spent that much like a lavish guy. 26 age single. And also I like to know the equal value of AED 3500 in indian rupees. ie., how much value of money I will be getting when I choose the job in india. Another thing is I came to know that its really hard to get a room for staying these days. How much for a single bachelor in a share space. Thanks in advance.

Forget this offer if your destination is Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. This kind of salary structure will not even save you something that you can be proud of after a year. with this kind of salary (accomodataion included ???), sorry to say and I apologize - but your employer is looking for a slave not a worker that he can be proud of and that can be an asset. You will be used and once you accepted it - then you just became a willing slave. Dhs. 3500 is common way back in 1997 but not now.
Willie v is right. Stay in India. There is so many Indian national now in the UAE specially in dubai and the more Indians plucking to the UAE the more the salary structure is degrading for you. Fellow Indian are killing their fellows when it comes to job market by accpeting a low salary than what the market is.
Look for jobs with different companies, 3500 is a no no.... You can't even live a decent life with that kind of money... Keep applying for other jobs, u should get better offers. try http://www.dubaijobsnetwork.com
Its a Waste to work in UAE. You better look something in Bangalore, Mumbai , Chennai . Its very pathetic for to live for middle class.

No way! that salary is a joke! I lived in Dubai and my salary was 18 000 dirhams. Don't think about how much it is in India's currency, it's not enough to survive in Dubai!!! Just to rent a room in a nice area you are looking at 5000 dirhams. Then you will live in a shared house! Dubai is not cheap, and you need a decent salary if you wanna survive!
